Crime Stoppers looking for killer of man found near abandoned building

SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are making an appeal for information about the death of a man whose body was found near an abandoned building on the city's Northeast side.

Rashad Ladson, 30, (seen above) was found dead Oct. 8 in the 4700 block of Rittiman Road. Police said the area is known as a hangout for the homeless.

According to the Bexar County Medical Examiner's office, Ladson suffered blunt force trauma to the head.

Police said they have not made any arrests yet. and added that they are looking for a man who goes by the name of "JR" as a possible suspect.
