Fired shots led to a heavy police presence and standoff on the North Side on Saturday evening.
A perimeter was set up and police are standing by in Terrell Hills.
Neighbors on Elizabeth Street said their street is usually quiet so this is unexpected.

Police said at around 6 p.m., they responded to a call for a suspicious person on the street. The man was talking to an officer and then he went into a home his family owns. When the officer went up to the home, he heard a gunshot.
At least a dozen squad cars and officers heavily armed and wearing bulletproof vests were seen heading toward the situation.
Negotiators are at the scene. Authorities are maintaining a safety perimeter around the area and plan to maintain their presence.
Terrell Hills, Alamo Heights and San Antonio police are at the scene.
Terrell Hills police said neighbors are not in any immediate danger but should stay away from the secured area.
A San Antonio police officer said authorities are just waiting and they expect the standoff to last a while, but no one is hurt.
