SAN ANTONIO – A celebration was held to honor those who have served and continue to serve in the U.S. armed forces.
Brooke Army Medical Center hosted a Veterans Day event a little early on Friday.
Special guests included veterans, both past and present, some who served as far back as World War II.
The Sam Houston High School marching bands, the Jefferson High School drill team and the USO show troupe all performed during the event.
