Customers could also save $30 annually

SAN ANTONIO – Starting Friday, customers who buy a Wi-Fi programmable thermostat through Jan. 31, 2018, will receive a $150 credit on their energy bill.

Customers must also enroll in the CPS Energy My Thermostat Rewards program.

My Thermostat Rewards is aimed at helping reduce San Antonio’s energy burden during extreme temperatures when the demand is high.

Additionally, customers will receive a $30 bill credit for each year they stay on the MTR program.
