KERRVILLE, Texas – Hunters in Kerrville participating in a state-sponsored hunting program Saturday discovered some human skeletal remains.
The hunters were tracking a deer that had been shot at Kerrville Schreiner City Park when they made the discovery in very thick cedar brush, Kerrville police said.
The remains had been there for some time, police said.
An autopsy will be conducted.
