The other woman ran out of the house and into her car. She was last seen being chased by the ex-girlfriend, who was holding a large rock, police said.

The man said he went back into the house to get his keys and put on shoes. When he tried to leave his home to catch up with the other woman, his ex-girlfriend jumped onto his truck and fell off, police said.

The ex-girlfriend told people that the man had shot at her. When police asked her about it, she refused to comment. Police said she made several statements that were untrue.
