The fire was reported just before 9 a.m. in the 2000 block of Lyons Street, which is located not far from North Zarzamora Street and Irving Middle School.

Firefighters said they were able to put out the fire with no one sustaining injuries. A neighbor however was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.

There was no electricity to the home. Arson investigators have now been called in to help determine the cause.
