SAN ANTONIO – A man was airlifted to the hospital after a motorcycle accident on the Far North Side.
Officials said the 34-year-old was riding his motorcycle when he hit something in the roadway and crashed Tuesday evening near Bulverde Road and Trinity Park.

First responders said they believe the rider’s helmet came off during the accident. He was airlifted soon after.
It doesn’t appear that the man was speeding.
