Suspect wanted for harassment at large after cutting off electric monitor, sheriff's say

KENDALL COUNTY, Texas – A man who was on supervised release on a harassment charge cut off his electric monitor and is now at large, according to Kendall County authorities.

The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office posted a photo of 34-year-old Michael Bullard Jr. on the department’s Facebook page.

Bullard is wanted for harassment with a previous conviction.

Anyone with information on Bullard’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Kendall County Sheriff's Office at 830-249-9343.
