Argument ends with man stabbed in middle of street, SAPD says

Person sought in connection with stabbing on Blue Oak Lane

SAN ANTONIO – An early morning argument between two men ended with a stabbing on the West Side.

San Antonio police said the argument started at a home in the 6700 block of Blue Oak Lane.

Police officers responded to the neighborhood around 6:30 a.m. Saturday after receiving a call for the stabbing.

Police said the argument escalated to a knife fight where a man in his 30s was stabbed in the middle of the street.

The man was hospitalized in serious condition, police said.

Police said three people were being questioned about the incident, but the person they believe is responsible remains at-large and may have left the area.
