AUSTIN, Texas – Newly released video shows Mark Anthony Conditt, 24, running from police before killing himself with a homemade explosive device on March 21.
Conditt was identified as the Austin bomber who terrorized the state capital, eventually killing two people and wounding several others in five separate explosions.

The helicopter video shows Austin SWAT officers chasing Conditt’s vehicle on I-35, followed by the self-detonated bomb he used to kill himself.
An officer was injured in the blast.
