Suspect wields gun, threatens to shoot victim for money, police say

Robbery occurred Sept. 5 in 1800 block of Goliad Rd

SAN ANTONIO – A suspect during a robbery threatened to shoot the victim if they did not comply with his requests, San Antonio police said.

The robbery occurred Sept. 5 at a Family Dollar located in the 1800 block of Goliad Road on the city's Southeast Side.

According to police, the suspect entered the store and demanded money. The victim complied with the request before the suspect fled on foot, police said.

Anyone with any knowledge of the incident is urged to call Crime Stoppers at (210) 224-STOP.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
