As KSAT-12 first reported in December, Plumlee was convicted in 1999 for indecency with a 6-year-old girl by sexual contact. He served eight years in prison and was required to register as a sex offender annually for life.

Court records show Plumlee was sentenced to two years in prison in 2009 for violating the sex offender registration rules.

The state's public sex offender registry site shows Plumlee registered an address with San Antonio police in October 2015, but he has not reported to any agency since then.

Plumlee is 6 feet tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. His last known address was on the North Side of San Antonio.
