SAN ANTONIO – A local man was taken to an area hospital after he was shot at a Southeast Side apartment complex, San Antonio police said.
The shooting was reported just before 12:30 a.m. at the apartment complex located in the 4900 block Pecan Grove Drive.
According to police, three men in their 50s were arguing in front of an apartment on the second floor when a shot was fired, hitting one of the men in the abdomen.
The man shot was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in serious but stable condition. At this time, it is unclear what started the altercation.
Both San Antonio police and emergency crews responded to the scene.
