Shooting may have been road rage, police say

SAN ANTONIO – Police are investigating a shooting on the Northeast Side that sent one person to the hospital Saturday. 

Authorities were called out to the intersection of Nuthatch Street near Higgins Road, but police did not find a victim at the scene.

Police believe the shooting may have been road rage, as the victim, a passenger in a car, was shot by someone in another vehicle. The driver took the victim to a nearby hospital.

Authorities at the scene said they have limited information on the shooting.

The shooter is at large, police said.
