Man accused of exposing himself to kids on way to school is arrested

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas – Police have arrested a man on suspicion of exposing himself to two students and two adults in New Braunfels on Thursday.

Seth Dyal, 17, was apprehended by the Gang Offender Narcotics Enforcement Unit with the New Braunfels Police Department on Friday.

Dyal is suspected of exposing himself to two kids who were on their way to school and two adults in the area of Pahmayer Road and West County Line Road early Thursday morning.

Authorities executed a search warrant on a home near the incidents and arrested Dyal, who was at the home, police said.

Dyal is charged with indecency with a child, a third-degree felony. He is being held at the Comal County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
