Authorities searching for man convicted of sexually assaulting girl, 9

Manuel Villanueva Jr. has failed to register his address with law enforcement

SAN ANTONIO – The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force is searching for a man who is accused of failing to comply with sex offender registration conditions.

An arrest warrant was issued for Manuel Villanueva Jr., 51, in May 2018.

Villanueva was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child in 2006. He served 10 years in prison for the crime. He is also required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

"His last known place of residence was on the North Side of San Antonio," said Chris Bozeman, deputy U.S. Marshal.
