SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police have arrested a 63-year-old man, accused of fondling a four-year-old girl.
Gregory Stone is charged with indecency with a child.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit, Stone allegedly fondled the child while she was sitting on his lap.

The affidavit said that Stone has had a history of similar allegations dating as far back as 2015 when one of the victim's sisters provided a sworn statement saying that he had done the same thing to her.
The witness said that Stone had played a "spanking game" with her, pulling her across his lap naked after baths and spanking her.
Stone claims he did not touch the four-year-old inappropriately.
He was taken to the Bexar County Jail and has a $50,000 bond.
