RICHMOND, Virginia - Two Virginia State Police troopers and one female civilian were transported to a hospital for treatment after an active shooter situation at a Greyhound bus station in Richmond, Virginia, according to Corinne Geller with the Virginia State Police.

Shots rang out early Thursday afternoon.
There are conflicting reports on the condition of one of the troopers injured, CNN is reporting the injuries sustained have left the trooper in critical condition.
Images showed law enforcement on the scene. Police cars blocked streets and yellow tape cordoned off the area.
A spokeswoman for Greyhound had confirmed that the station is closed.
