SAN ANTONIO – A man was stabbed in the neck late Saturday night after he wouldn't take no for an answer, according to Bexar County Sheriff's Deputies.
Police were called out to the 6400 block of Crestway Drive around 10:45 p.m. for a stabbing. According to deputies, the man's girlfriend tried to break up with him and leave, but the man jumped onto the hood of her car to stop her from driving away.
Deputies said at some point the woman's family became involved and someone stabbed the boyfriend in the neck.
The Bexar County Sheriff's Office took two men into custody for aggravated assault.
The injured man was transported to San Antonio Military Medical Center. He is expected to survive.
