East SA man wanted for year-long abuse of teen

Officers have been looking for Juan Antonio Rabago-Alvarez, 65, since 2012

SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio man wanted for more than three and a half  years for sexual abuse charges has stayed a step ahead of officers looking to put him behind bars.

Juan Antonio Rabago-Alvarez, 65, was indicted in June 2012 for 16 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

"The indictment alleged that Rabago sexually assaulted a female child on multiple occasions for nearly a year. The victim was under the age of 14 years old," said Deputy US Marshal Chris Bozeman.

Rabago is 5'7" tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

"His last known place of residence was on the east side of San Antonio," said Bozeman.
