Sex offender who raped teen wanted for moving from NE San Antonio to unknown location

Marvin Kirk, 51, accused of violating sex offender registration conditions

SAN ANTONIO – A man convicted of raping a teenage girl faces new charges related to his sentence in that case.

Marvin Kirk, 51, is wanted for failing to comply with sex offender registration conditions.

"In June of this year, a warrant was issued for Kirk's arrest, following an indictment filed with the Bexar County 144th District Court. The indictment alleged that Kirk failed to register a change of address with the local law enforcement authority and absconded from supervision," said Deputy U.S. Marshal Chris Bozeman.

The state's sex offender registry site shows Kirk served three years in prison for a conviction of sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl.

Officials said Kirk was born in Pennsylvania.

"His last known place of residence was on the Northeast side of San Antonio," Bozeman said.

Kirk is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

If you have any information on Kirk's whereabouts, call the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force at 210-657-8500.
