Crime Stoppers seek suspect in road rage shooting

Incident took place on Jan. 10 around 10:30 p.m. on I-35 N near Judson Rd

SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Police Department and Crime Stoppers want the public’s assistance in tracking down the person responsible for a road-rage shooting.

The shooting took place on Jan. 10 around 10:30 p.m. on Interstate 35 north near Judson Road.

According to police, the victim was driving his black Toyota four-door pick-up truck northbound on I-35 and exiting when the suspect vehicle pulled up next to him and shot him one time through his passenger side window.

The victim was struck on the right side of his abdomen, police said. Investigators said they believe the victim was shot due to road-rage. 

Anyone with any knowledge of the shooting is urged to call Crime Stoppers at (210) 224-STOP.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
