Defenders Debrief: Former special education teacher indicted

A former teacher with Southwest Independent School District was indicted by a Bexar County grand jury Monday.

The felony arrest comes months after Rosemary Diaz was accused of hitting a 5-year-old autistic child with a computer tablet. She is charged with two counts of injury to a child.

It's a story the KSAT Defenders broke in February.

Dillon Collier talked with Mark and Leslie on GMSA @ 9 about key evidence in the case.
