SAN ANTONIO – With Uber back in the Alamo City, the ride-sharing company launched uberESPANOL on Monday.
The company said the Spanish option is available under the promotions tab and then the rider will enter the code ESPANOLTX.

The app will then show which drivers speak Spanish. “This cultural competency will help Uber offer safe, reliable, affordable and innovative transportation without a language barrier for San Antonio residents who primarily speak Spanish.” said Ramiro Cavazos, president and CEO of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
