SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County medical examiner's office has released the identity of a man killed Friday morning on Highway 90 in West Bexar County on Friday morning.
Eric Ortiz, 30, died after running into the back of an SUV.

Investigators said he was weaving in and out of traffic, ran in to the SUV, rolled onto the access road and was thrown from his car.
Ortiz died at the scene, investigators said.
Street racing blamed in fatal accident
The medical examiner's office also released the name of a man killed in an accident at Loop 1604 and Braun Road.
Shawn Smith Verdin, 20, was killed after hitting a series of light poles on Loop 1604.
Police believe that Verdin and another driver were street racing.
