A farmer in Scotland thought a big cat had invaded his cow shed. It was actually a large toy tiger, but police aren't blaming him for the mix-up.
Officials only realized it was stuffed after a 45-minute standoff with the fake animal that included an armed response team, The Associated Press reported.
"Until you know exactly what you are dealing with, every option has to be considered," Peterhead Inspector George Cordiner said.
Police deemed the incident a "false call made with genuine good intent," the AP reported.
Even without an actual tiger, it was a "roaring shift on Saturday night" for the officers, the AP reported.
