KERRVILLE, Texas – A high school teacher in Kerrville is accused of sending explicit photos to a student.
Sara D’Spain was arrested and charged with the crime last week, but on Tuesday, KSAT 12 News learned new details about the alleged inappropriate relationship at Tivy High School.
A student reported the alleged relationship to the principal, according to an arrest affidavit.
The student said he received one of the so-called inappropriate photos from another student.
D’Spain was eventually questioned, and admitted knowing about the pictures, but she said she sent them to a former student, the affidavit reads.
D’Spain later admitted to making contact with a current student via Snapchat, and to sending that student inappropriate photos, officials said.

The victim said he and D’Spain met behind a Culver’s restaurant and kissed, officials said, which D’Spain admitted to, according to the affidavit.
