SAN ANTONIO – The driver of a sedan avoided serious injury during a rollover vehicle crash on Interstate 10 early Thursday morning, San Antonio police said.
The crash happened around 2:45 a.m. near Division Avenue on the city’s South Side.
According to police, the driver told them that his arm locked up while he was driving and that he overcorrected, causing him to roll the vehicle over.
Police said the man was not intoxicated and did not need to be transported to a hospital.
At least one lane of highway was closed for 30 minutes due to the crash so that emergency crews could work.
The San Antonio Police Department, the San Antonio Fire Department, and EMS all answered the call.
No other vehicles were involved.
