SAN ANTONIO – A drive-by shooting at an apartment complex on the Northeast Side sent one man to the hospital overnight.
San Antonio police said the shooting happened at around 11:55 p.m. Thursday at the Alamo Estates apartments in the 8000 block of Midcrown Drive, near Walzem Drive.
Police said a man in his 20s was grazed in the arm by a bullet during the drive-by shooting. He was taken to University Hospital in stable condition.
Several shell casings were found in the street in front of the apartments, police said. Witnesses were not cooperating with officers but the vehicle involved in the shooting was described as a blue car.
The shooting is under investigation.
