The viral video prompted mixed emotions after being shared by a local media outlet, with some viewers commenting on the original post: “I want to laugh so bad but I think (sic) don’t judge, maybe she (sic) homeless and getting ready for work… don’t judge what you don’t know fact…”

In the 8-second video, the unidentified woman is seen using the West Side store’s power outlet for her flat iron to straighten her hair, using the store’s windows for her reflection.

According to one Facebook user who allegedly knows her, the woman is actually a 16-year-old girl who’s “doing bad” and “homeless and hooked on drugs (sic) really bad now.”

“I think it’s demeaning to mock people, especially not thoughtful to recognize the area in this mockery as it is offensive to people from that side of town,” one user responded.
