SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio man has been arrested after having sex with a teenager.
Joshua Garcia, 25, has been charged with sexual assault of a child.

According to the arrest affidavit, Garcia assaulted the 16-year-old victim back on June 9 on the city's Southeast Side.
The affidavit said the victim woke to find Garcia on top of her, wearing very little clothing.
A witness who came forward stated that Garcia new the victim and did not care about her age. The witness also said she heard noises coming from the victim's room and was told by Garcia not to say anything.
The affidavit said the victim correctly identified Garcia in a photograph.
