KERR COUNTY – Robert Lee Yastic, 62, was arrested Monday morning on suspicion of aggravated sexual assault of a 6-year-old girl.
Yastic admitted details of the abuse to a third party, according to a press release from Kerr County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators corroborated the information provided by the third party and the child which led to a search warrant for Yastic’s home in the 100 block of Shannon Drive.
Yastic is being held at the Kerr County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
Court records show Yastic has an extensive record, including a burglary charge and six DWI charges, according to Kerr County Jail records.
