A man who has just been released from the magistrate's office died Thursday night after coming back into the lobby and getting into an altercation with deputies.
The medical examiner's office has identified him as Eddie Martinez, 27.

A spokesperson with the Bexar County Sheriff's Office said Martinez was released from the magistrate's office Thursday night. But after leaving the building, he came back into the lobby and "began acting aggressive towards deputies."
The spokesperson said a deputy detained Martinez and then called for medical assistance.
Medical technicians from the San Antonio Fire Department arrived and tried to resuscitate him. Martinez was pronounced dead at 8:14 p.m.
The Bexar County Sheriff's Office is investigating.
