SAN ANTONIO – A man was shot early Monday on the city's Northeast Side.
Police said the man claims he was walking along an access road at Northeast Loop 410 near Starcrest Road around 5 a.m. when someone inside a black car drove by and shot him.

The victim was shot in the arm and taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center.
Police said the victim was not cooperating fully and evidence at the scene suggests the shooting happened in a ditch or a neighborhood nearby.
No arrests have been made.
