SAN ANTONIO – A man is fighting for his life after he was hit by a train Saturday around 2 p.m.
San Antonio police said the man was crossing South St. Mary’s near Groveton streets when he slipped and fell.

He was unable to get up before the train hit him.
The man was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.
