Franks-Vanzandt turned around and grabbed the money from Archer’s hands.
Police said Archer tried to stop Franks-Vanzandt from leaving the store with his money, but Franks-Vanzandt began to viciously beat and kick him.
Franks-Vanzandt then walked out of the store with the money, but was found by an officer about 10 minutes later.
KTRE reported no words were exchanged between the men and they did not know one another.
