SAN ANTONIO – UPDATE: The medical examiner identified the man as 31-year-old Ramon Rivera.
The body of a 31-year-old man was found Thursday morning inside a home on the city's East Side.

The discovery was reported around 9 a.m. at a home in the 2200 block of East Houston Street.
There was no immediate word on how the man died, but police said his death appears to be suspicious.
