LAREDO, Texas – The National Transportation Safety Board is scheduled to hold a press conference at 5 p.m. Tuesday to address the latest on its investigation into a fatal bus crash north of Laredo. Watch the press conference above.
Investigators with the NTSB and other agencies were at the crash scene Tuesday, where crews had blocked off traffic on Highway 83.

They studied the scene and worked to recreate the crash itself, in which eight people died and dozens of others were hurt.
