SAN ANTONIO – SAISD is hosting a job fair for for teachers, nurses, librarians and counselors.
The event will take place on Saturday April 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the ESC – Region 20 building, found at 1314 Hines Avenue.

The District is seeking teachers in the areas of: bilingual, math, science, and special education, English Language Arts, ESL, art, theater arts and career & technical education.
SAISD teacher salaries exceed the state average.
Additional stipends are provided for critical need teaching areas such as bilingual, math, science, and special education. Teachers who have a master’s degree can earn an additional $2,000. Teachers enjoy a no-cost health insurance option, dual retirement pension plan (includes social security), free dental and life insurance.
