South Side shooting kills 1, 3 others shot

3 victims found in South Park Mall parking lot

SAN ANTONIO – One person was killed and three others were injured after gun shots were fired at  a party at a South Side park early Sunday morning.

According to San Antonio police, three people tried leaving the party at Spicewood Park on Fidelia Drive when someone fired shots at their vehicle. Three people inside were hit, police said. 

The driver of the vehicle made it to South Park Mall to find help. Police found one person in the back seat who was already dead. One of the victims was taken to University Hospital, the other was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the head. 

Police said a fourth victim was found with a gunshot wound to the head at Spicewood Park. He was taken to University Hospital. 

Police discovered between 10 and 15 bullets holes in the vehicle. 

So far no arrests have been made.
