SPRING BRANCH, Texas –
A man in Comal County is charged with murder after he shot and killed another man, the Comal County Sheriff’s Office said.
The Sheriff's Office said 56-year-old Carter Bomer shot 31-year-old Julius Chambers in Spring Branch two days ago.

Witnesses said Chambers was helping Bomer move and then they heard gunshots.
Bomer's bond is set at $300,000.
