LEVELLAND, Texas - On Monday afternoon, two Texas men found more than just bug splatter on the hood of their truck as a snake appears out of nowhere right in front of the driver.

According to Swode Moyers’ Facebook post, he and his co-worker Zakary Wyatt were traveling to Levelland, Texas -- 30 miles west of Lubbock -- to check on a project when they noticed a small head popping up from under the hood of their truck.

After several “Get out of the truck” pleas from the men, the snake finally makes its full appearance and the men pull the truck over in hopes of their “friend” to slide right off.

“Get out of here snake! Oh, my gosh dude, that thing is long,” one man says to what appears to be a bull snake that can grow up to 5 feet in length.

In the video, the presumed bull snake slithers its way to the front of the truck until somehow makes it way back to the front of the hood near the driver side’s rearview mirror.

“He’s got amazing grip,” one man said.

That’s when the snake makes a 180 turn right back at the windshield and the two friends shriek in terror.
