SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, Texas – The U.S. Geological Survey reported a 3.0 magnitude earthquake off the coast of South Padre Island, Texas on Saturday.
According to a map of the latest earthquakes, the quake happed around 12:15 p.m. Saturday.

The USGS is asking for those who felt the earthquake to provide feedback through an online form.
As of 6 p.m. Saturday, USGS had received 10 responses.
