- 1 whole grain flatbread
- 1 spicy chicken patty
- 1 slice pepperjack cheese
- 2 oz. lettuce
- 1 tomato slice, cut in half
Cook spicy chicken patty according to cooking instructions.
Wash lettuce and tomato. Remove the core from the tomato top and drain. Using a sheet pan, lay out the flatbread and place the lettuce, tomato, cheese and chicken patty.
Keep flatbread in refrigerator until ready to serve.
