Spicy Chicken Flatbread Sandwich

A recipe from Southside ISD Chef Julian Monreal

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole grain flatbread
  • 1 spicy chicken patty
  • 1 slice pepperjack cheese
  • 2 oz. lettuce
  • 1 tomato slice, cut in half

Directions:

Cook spicy chicken patty according to cooking instructions.

Wash lettuce and tomato. Remove the core from the tomato top and drain. Using a sheet pan, lay out the flatbread and place the lettuce, tomato, cheese and chicken patty. 

Keep flatbread in refrigerator until ready to serve.
