SAN ANTONIO – Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen is taking their signature menu on the road!
The restaurant has a new transit van complete with a portable oven for catering.
"It's basically an oven on wheels," said owner Juan Gonzalez.
Gonzalez said they will come out to your private event or even your office with the complete catering package.
"If you see me flying down (Loop) 1604, just give me a honk and I'll slow down so you can get that number," Gonzalez said.
He came on SA Live to show how he makes one of their biggest sellers, the Steak Flat.
He said the key to making it perfect is to cut the steak against the grain to make sure the meat is extra tender.
