SAN ANTONIO – CPS Energy is offering a cash back incentive for customers who install solar panels on their homes.
But what are solar panels and how do they work?
Lisa Gold with South Texas Solar Systems, Inc., said that solar panels are becoming more popular and cost-efficient to install.
“It’s more affordable than it was twenty years ago,” Gold said.
Gold said they’re environmentally-friendly and can decrease your energy bill, or even eliminate it entirely.
The CPS Energy rebate offers $500 cash back.
