BULVERDE – The Greater San Antonio Builders Association’s 2017 Spring Tour of Homes is happening April 1-2 and April 8-9.
The tour will feature 86 homes in 17 communities in San Antonio and the surrounding areas.
SA Live will feature five of the 17 communities throughout the next two weeks.
Second on the show is Johnson Ranch.
“It’s comprised of over 700 beautiful acres and it has over a third of its land dedicated to open space,” Wayne Moralvits, owner of Monticello Homes, said.
Johnson Ranch described their community as featuring five distinct neighborhoods for its residents with high-quality builders, a range of topography, with both gated and non-gated entries.
“It also includes a 5 acre amenity, with a pool, open-space, trails, (and) a pavilion to entertain,” Moralvits said.
