Blackberry and Brie Grilled Cheese

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 4 slices of Country White or Sourdough Bread from the Bakery
  • 6 Oz H-E-B Artisan Brie, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup(s) blackberries, cut in half lengthwise 


  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a non‑stick skillet over medium‑low heat.
  • Place one slice of bread into skillet and top with half of Brie and blackberries. Top with a second slice of bread.
  • Cook several minutes on one side then flip, adding additional butter if needed.
  • Continue to cook until cheese is melted and both sides are crisp and golden. Repeat with second sandwich.
