SAN ANTONIO – Get ready to wine and dine at the newest location of Rosella at the Rand.
Owner Charles Gonzalez has expanded the coffee house’s menu at their new location offering lunch and dinner options, cocktails and their locally famous lattes.
"At Jones, we've kinda become known for our breakfast, our lunches and, of course, our coffees. Here at Rand, we wanted to take that a step further," said Gonzalez.
My favorite item on their Rand location menu is their signature item, the Rosella burger.
Ground chuck, short rib and brisket meat combine to create a burger worthy of being put on a steakhouse menu.
After the patty is grilled, it is covered in Monterrey jack and smoked mozzarella cheese.
The toasted bun is served with Calabrian aioli, red onions and fried kale chips.
The house-made fries are served up with a special ketchup that Gonzalez found while traveling around Atlanta.
The cocktail and beer selection give more depth to the coffee house brand, making it a desirable destination any time of the day.
